Mainstream Renewable Power are certified a CPD Accredited Employer.

Mainstream Renewable Power

Certification Europe wishes to congratulate Mainstream Renewable Power for becoming a CPD Accredited Employer.

This certification from Engineers Ireland comes following an extensive audit of the businesses "lifelong learning practices" for its engineering professionals.

Since its establishment in 2008, Mainstream Renewable Power has developed and built alternative energy farms including both wind and solar energy plants both on and off-shore. This Irish business, with its headquarters located in Dublin operates out of locations in 11 other countries throughout the world and currently employs 68 engineers in these locations.

Mainstream Renewable Power chief executive Eddie O’Connor spoke enthusiastically about how this accreditation will help the businesses in future projects.

“Ground breaking projects such as the Energy Bridge, which will see Mainstream building 5,000 MW of wind energy in Ireland and exporting it to the UK from 2017, calls for new ways of solving complex issues. The Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited employer framework certainly helps our people in this process, as well as giving Mainstream additional international recognition across all markets.”

Certification Europe has had a long business relationship with Mainstream Renewable Energy, certifying them to both ISO 20000 IT Service Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Management. We are delighted to extended to them a very well earned "Congratulations" on their achievement.
