ISO 20121 Certification
Once you receive ISO 20121:2012 Event Sustainability Management Systems (ESMS) certification your organisation will be certified for three years. Every year your organisation will be subject to a mandatory audit to ensure consistent compliance with the assurance requirements. After three years, when you decide to retain the ISO 20121 ESMS certification, you will undergo a reassessment in order to maintain the certification for an additional three years.
The ISO 20121:2012 Certification process requires a company, an event, or a venue to undergo a two stage assessment audit process of its Event Sustainability Management System (ESMS);
- ISO 20121 Stage 1 (Pre-assessment)
- ISO 20121 Stage 2 (Certification)
